Welcome to VIP Transporter!
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking our limousine transportation services. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
Booking and Payment

Initial Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit ensures that your selected vehicle and date are held exclusively for you. -
Final Payment:
The remaining balance of your payment is due no later than three (3) days before your scheduled ride or event date.
All payments made within 3 days of your event, including the final payment, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required for all reservations and will be held temporarily to cover any potential damages, cleaning fees, or policy violations. This deposit is fully refundable provided no issues are found after the trip.

Vehicles 10 Passengers and Above (Buses, Party Buses, etc.):
A $500 security deposit will be held. -
Sedans, SUVs, and Limousines (under 10 passengers):
A $350 security deposit will be held.
Security deposit refunds (if applicable) are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the completion of your trip, following vehicle inspection.
Cancellations and Refunds

The initial deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date.

If you cancel your reservation after making your final payment (within 3 days of the event date), no refund will be issued.

No partial refunds will be given for unused time or early termination of service at the client’s request.
Service Policies

All vehicles are inspected before and after service. Any damage, excessive mess, or violations (e.g., smoking, prohibited substances, underage drinking) may result in partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit and/or additional charges.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group that poses a threat to the safety of our drivers or the integrity of our vehicles.
Changes to Reservations
All changes to a reservation must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.
Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
While we strive to provide reliable service under all conditions, VIP Transporter is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, traffic, or other events beyond our control.
Agreement
By submitting a reservation request or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
